I want to get a picture up on my profile but cannot do it due to it being too large (pixels or MB)
Is there any way of reducing the pixel quality so i can download it from my pc.

Barry,

Send it to me lloyd@ this website address and I'll sort that for you. You could use any photo software to reduce it to 80x80 pixels yourself. That would work then. Happy either way.
